Design
Arc Metal Fabrications can assist the design of all product types, including structural, with our in-house design capabilities.
Utilising CAD technology, designs created by our team adhere strictly to project specifications and are always compliant to industry regulations. We bring designs to life with 3D designs and fabrication drawings, available for approval prior to production.
Prototyping
Arc Metal Fabrications produces prototypes as part of our design service, ensuring the viability of designs.
At this stage of the process, we endeavour to implement any technical or aesthetic changes required prior to moving into full production for cost- and time-effectiveness, as well as achieving customer satisfaction.
Fabrication
Investments into CNC machinery and state-of-the-art technology ensures our fabrication operations are undertaken to tight tolerances.
We offer a complete fabrication service. This includes cutting, bending and rolling operations, as well as plasma and laser cutting, and a range of welding operations to ensure we can provide the latest fabrication processes to produce your product.
Our welding capabilities comprise of MIG, TIG, ARC, and laser welding.
Finishing
Arc Metal Fabrications’ wide range of finishes include anodising, powder coating, hot dipped galvanising and thermal arc finishing processes.
Our range of finishes are designed to enhance desirable properties and product performance within its application, as well aesthetic appeal, depending on the needs of your project.
Installation
If required, we can further provide installation of steelwork on site; our experienced team work efficiently and professionally while installing structural and architectural products for a seamless process.
Alternatively, our products can be delivered to location, without installation.
